Context
Mews is an innovative property management system that enhances the hotel experience for both guests and staff. By offering unique and cutting-edge services, Mews is redefining the way hotels operate.
They reached out to us to bring their modern approach to life by designing an engaging exhibition space for the ITB Show in Berlin.


Mission
To create a strong impact, we chose a monochromatic dusty pink palette, an unexpected choice that none of the competitors considered. This decision made the exhibition unique and visually striking. Our design strategy divided the exhibition into 3 zones:
ZONE 1 – ATTRACT: Visitors are drawn in by the illuminated arch, the monochromatic pink space, and a bold "Hospitality Reimagined" sign hanging from the ceiling. The welcoming atmosphere invites them into a one-of-a-kind experience.
ZONE 2 – ENGAGE & EDUCATE: Guests are encouraged to explore a demonstration of Mews' software. The aim is to educate visitors in an interactive way, around a bar, with lively conversations and unlimited drinks.
ZONE 3 – CONVERT: Customers are rewarded in the 'Souvenirs' area, a large retail display filled with Mews-branded merchandise, leaving them with lasting memories of the experience.
