Project Overview

For the first time ever in the Olympic Games, the public will gain access to official VIP hospitality venues and unique experiences surrounding the multi-sport events. We design and implement official Olympic spaces that encapsulate the spirit of the Games in some of France's most renowned locations: Palais de Tokyo, Grand Palais, Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde, Maison de l’Amérique Latine, VIP rooms in major French stadiums and several boats on the Seine (Monsieur Mouche, Ducasse, Fluctuart).

Creative Stratégie

From the full design of an entire boat to finely crafted elements such as menus and packaging, we infused the spirit of the Olympic Games into every detail. Guests were immersed in engaging activities, exhibitions celebrating the Games.

Brand DNA Analysis:

Define Olympic Games' values to ensure each venue reflect the prestige and french culture to create a harmonious blend. Develop a cohesive theme that ties all venues together while allowing for individual expression based on each location's.

Guest Experience Mapping:

Outline the guest experience journey from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless flow through each space. Determine key touchpoint where guests interact with the environment, staff, and activities to maximize engagement and satisfaction.

Interactive Elements

Curate engaging activities and exhibitions that celebrate the Games' history and promote guest participation. Offer authentic Parisian experiences, such as local food markets and cultural showcases, to immerse guests in the local culture. Partner with renowned chefs to provide gourmet dining experiences that highlight French cuisine.

Quality Control & Management

Implement 360-degree design solutions with consistent guidelines across all venues to ensure a unified vision. Conduct thorough quality control on-site to maintain high standards and ensure a flawless experience for every guest.
